1. Auto-Renewal Service Overview

  1. Auto-renewal may include recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, subject to what is shown on the in-app subscription page.
  2. By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize billing of the next subscription period through the payment account used for subscription (such as your Apple ID), around the end of the current billing period.
  3. Successful renewal depends on the payment account being valid and chargeable. If renewal fails due to insufficient funds, invalid payment methods, or similar reasons, subscription benefits may be interrupted.

Additional Subscription Disclosures

  1. Final subscription pricing and cycle are those displayed on the in-app purchase page (IAP).
  2. If a trial is offered, trial terms are as displayed at purchase; after the trial ends, charges apply under the selected plan unless canceled in advance.
  3. Active subscriptions can be managed or canceled via "Subscriptions" in your Apple account settings.

2. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

  1. If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, please complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  2. If not canceled at least 24 hours before expiry, the subscription will renew automatically for the next period and corresponding charges will apply.
  3. Once a billing period has started, prorated refunds for remaining days are generally unavailable, subject to the applicable App Store policies.

3. Common Cancellation Paths (Apple Ecosystem)

iOS / iPadOS: App Store -> Profile -> Subscriptions -> TradePath -> Cancel Subscription

macOS: App Store -> Account -> Account Settings -> Manage Subscriptions -> TradePath -> Cancel Subscription

4. Pricing and Benefit Adjustments

  1. We may adjust auto-renewal pricing, subscription benefits, and billing cycles in accordance with product strategy.
  2. Adjustment details will be presented in advance in the App or on project pages.
  3. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may cancel auto-renewal before the current subscription period ends.

5. Service Interruptions and Liability

  1. Renewal failures or delays caused by payment channel outages, system maintenance, or network issues may affect continuity of subscription benefits.
  2. For issues attributable to third-party payment systems beyond our control, we will provide reasonable assistance in troubleshooting, but we do not assume liability for third-party system failures.
